Scott Uebele is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pond House Group, a family investment and philanthropic platform focused on long-term capital stewardship, thoughtful investing, and meaningful impact.

Scott brings more than two decades of experience building and leading businesses across the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Advarra, where he held responsibility for the company's global operations and, ultimately, its full enterprise P&L, including its Product and Technology organization. During his tenure, Scott helped build and scale a healthcare technology and services platform through both organic growth and strategic M&A.

Prior to his most recent role, Scott served in a number of senior leadership positions at Advarra, including Interim Chief Executive Officer and President and Chief Research Services Officer. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in business strategy, acquisitions, integration, operational transformation, and the development of high-performing organizations.

Through Pond House Ventures, Scott invests across private equity and other opportunities with a focus on partnering with experienced investment managers and exceptional businesses. He is an LP in several leading private equity funds and continues to seek opportunities where his experience as an operator and investor can contribute meaningful perspective.

Pond House also reflects Scott's commitment to philanthropy. Through Pond House Charitable Giving, the family has directed significant capital to support first-generation college students, with a particular focus on expanding educational opportunity and helping students build pathways to long-term success.

Scott founded Pond House Group to bring these two pursuits together: disciplined stewardship of capital and a commitment to using that capital to create lasting opportunity for others.
